Not all seed raising mix is the same. My go to is 2 parts sifted seed raising mix, 1 part vermiculite and 1 part coconut coir. This provide structure and moisture retention. Once mixed up, keep it dry and in a sealed container. It will last months and be ready to use when you need it. Good luck!
